Federal Government Social Media Training

Today’s training was with the EEOC Office Federal Operations the Federal Training and Outreach division of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. We had a lot to cover and learned a great deal 🤓 — and still managed to have a blast in between! 😊

Here’s some of what the EEOC-OFO does:

✔ They provide training and technical assistance, outreach and educational programs to employers, employees and stakeholder groups.

✔ They help them understand and prevent discrimination.

✔ They believe that discrimination can be averted if federal agencies and their employees know their legal rights and responsibilities.
