One of the most overlooked features of the Facebook Business Page is the ability to schedule posts.
Facebook’s scheduling feature will save you time, by allowing you to create back-to-back posts and schedule them to go out on specific dates and times in the future.
You can only schedule posts on Facebook to the Facebook Business Pages. Facebook Personal Profiles do not have the ability to schedule posts.
In 2011, I held my very first social media class. The name of the class was “Get LinkedIn!”
Want to hear something funny? I wasn’t even on LinkedIn and was pretty much opposed to any kind of social media.
The idea to have a social media class came about because people had been asking me how to use social media — as I had been setting up social media accounts for others since 2009. Of course, once I had the idea, I had to set up a LinkedIn account though it went against every fiber of my being. Ugh!
Last month, I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Marc Guberti on his Profitable Public Speaking Podcast.
Marc Guberti is a blogger that I’ve been following since he was 16. That’s right, Marc started blogging when he was just 11 years old, and is now an influencer, podcaster, radio host, and best selling author. He is now 21 years old, and still hustling. I am so proud of him!
Today, when I attempted to delete a photo from Google Photos, I received the following message:
Delete Item Permanently? Your [Google Pixel] device’s trash is full. If you delete this item, it will be removed permanently from your device & account.
When I first started handing out my business cards, I found that people would look at them, smile and say, “So, what do you do?”
I recognized that as being a huge problem! Why? Because if after you’ve given your business card to someone and they still don’t get what you do, that means you need to bring clarity to your brand and message.
Much like your elevator pitch, your business card should let people know who you are, what you do, who you help, how you help them and finally the best way or ways to contact you (and connect with you online).

Here we go again! Another day without being able to login to our Facebook Business Pages.
Yesterday, Facebook (and Instagram) were down for most of the day, and I have to say as a social media manager I almost panicked.
The video below is an update to this post. It was created on July 3, 2019, after many people experienced issues posting to and viewing content on Facebook.
