When it comes to social media it’s time for all small business owners to be prepared for anything.
Why am I saying this? Well, once again, I’ve had the pleasure of helping a client get their suspended Facebook and Instagram (Meta) accounts reinstated.
While helping a client with their Facebook (a.k.a. Meta Platforms, Inc.) Business Page, it dawned on me how many different apps and logos, Facebook for Business has.
Following are the steps to removing your Facebook Business Page from both the Facebook Business Manager and the Facebook Business Suite. If you prefer watching the video, click on the play > button below otherwise scroll past the video to read the text.
Yesterday, I showed you how to change your Facebook password on an Android phone. Today, what I want to do (because I know some people still love their PC or their desktop computers), I wanted to show those people how to change their Facebook password on a PC or desktop.
Today, I’m going to show you how to quickly change your Facebook account password on your Android phone.
If you’d prefer to watch this rather then reading, scroll down and click on the play > button on the video below. If you’d rather read, scroll past the video.
STEP 1:
The first thing you want to do is make sure that you have the Facebook app downloaded on your phone. If you don’t already have the Facebook app, go to your Google Play Store. (Though these instructions are for Android users, if you are an iPhone user and want to follow along, you need to download Facebook from your App Store on your iPhone. Just know that the instructions will most likely not be exact.)
We’re aware that some people are having trouble accessing our apps and products. We’re working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Though the following was originally published on January 28, 2021, this is still very relevant. Whether Facebook comes back up or not, I want you to understand that you do not own what is there, so be sure to use some or all of the recommendations below to continue to market your business.
Many of my clients and class participants have asked me what I think is the best online calendar to use to book appointments with their clients.
I recommend vCita’s online calendar for service-based businesses as I’ve tried several online scheduling tools, but have found vCita to be exactly what my business needs. It’s made it much easier for me to manage my calendar, and much easier for clients to reach me — especially this time of year when I am extremely busy.
I’ve been using vCita since 2014, and I tell you, when I realized how much vCita was benefiting my business, I was hooked. I became a partner and began helping my clients to start taking appointments from their clients as well.
As many business owners are still trying to figure out what direction to take their businesses in today’s environment, I want to focus on businesses that don’t have a website and are looking for a place to sell their products. 🙂
